Christmas party - feel free to make a fool out of yourself!

Since I got a waitressing job to kind of pay for my everything while I search for my dream (or as close as possible to it) job....and so that I wouldn't end up like that: WATCH THIS! John Bishop, First Job Interview... so funny! :)  The accent might be a bit too much maybe, but since YouTube don't charge you for watching videos twice or more, then feel free to do so. :)

Anyhow. So. Also. This festive time of the year is obviously one of the high seasons (if not the only one...and Olympics 2012 is no season)...so, there are soooo many companies having their christmas lunches and dinners and parties and what ever at the place where I currently work. Usually, on Thursdays and Fridays people let it really loose, if you know what I mean. There are people, nicely dressed and all respectful looking, dancing gangnam style (The spelling mistake I probably made symbolises what I feel about this stupid global commercial brainwash s***). !!!
There was a lady coming in on Monday morning to pick up her coat that she forgot on Friday. She should have just said that I got sooooo wasted on Friday and didn't care about the cold and decided to wonder home coat-less. It was a Primark coat. (Almost the cheapest shop in London/UK).

OR! This did not really happen...or I'm not sure, maybe it did. Or will. Today, there was a lady with a wheelchair. And a a long time after the table, where the lady sat, they had left (I didn't see them anywhere and they sure wasn't sitting where they were before)...and the wheelchair was still in that corner where it was put 6h before. Soooooo...wouldn't that be like THE funniest if someone forgot their wheelchair to a venue where they were having their Christmas party. :) Funny, right! :)

Other than that, I'm doing fine. As I said, still looking for a nice job. I have had few nice opportunities, but apparently, for different reasons, they have not worked out.
I'm happy. Still miss Paris. And my life in Paris. But, London isn't too bad. What I need to do is to take more pictures. I think I need Thanh to go photo-hunting. :) It will happen. Here or there, but it will. Plus I need to spend my Canadian coin(s).... And! Thank you Thanh for your hair dryer you left me. I am still very successfully using it, the only difference is that now there is 2 adapters. :D Works fine! :)

  1. I am so glad that the hair dryer works fine :). I am so in the mood of photo hunting now, in fact I am going out in the freezing weather today for some snapshots of Ancaster (the small town that I am living in). I miss Paris a lot too, but I'll come back and visit for sure :), and make sure I see you there
